Carla Monroe

• Carla is an EMT-I from Sterling, KS.

• She received her training from Barton County Community College.

• Carla has been an EMT since 2003.

• Carla lives in Sterling with her husband and three children.

• Carla's interest in EMS was sparked by her previous job at Lyons Salt Plant. Carla was mainly working with "First Aid" at the plant and chose to further her education by taking the EMT class. Carla also teaches Mine Rescue and Safety for Hutchinson Community College.
